Raynaud’s Disease & Phenomenon

I want information about this problem and gonadal veins insufficiency

I am showing bad symptoms of raynauds but now when I do minor things like pick up a glass or use a paint brush the veins in my fingers are breaking. I then get a large purple bruise and my finger swells. I told my dr. and he did not say anything. can anyone tell me, this is not normal!!!!
