At a healthy 32, I was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism at 25mm long (sorry I'm from Australia and we work in metric) in the lower right lobe of my lung 2 months ago. I'm tyring to find out whether this is considered a small, medium or large clot and although (thankfully) the clot has now dissolved I am having trouble regaining my fitness level and can only find resources that say it depends on the size of the clot.

Any reference points about size or fitness rehabilitation would be greatly appreciated.
