Protein C & S defiecency I was doing dishes one day and noticed a strange lump in my forearm - the next day it was in my elbow - I went to the doctor and was slammed into the hospital with my entire arm immobilized.They told me I had Protein C and S deficiency - very rare.It took extra ordinarily high amounts of Coumadin and Heparin to thin my blood - because I am resistent.That was three years and many procedures ago.I have daily pain in my left arm sometimes migrating into my chest - but can not get anyone to pay attention.
