Young and veiny

I am a 34 year old female. I am in my second pregnancy now. My first daughter was 10lbs and I gained a good amount of weight. I am also getting big fast with this one. I feel very frustrated. I have 1 rather large weblike spider vein on my left leg below the knee. Another one in front of the leg below the knee. I also have some rather large vericose veins now on the back of my left upper thigh and some in my groin. They are very troublesome since they basically prohibit me from wearing any skirts. My legs throb or pulse almost non stop. I had to go on the pill at 22 to correct SEVERE cystic acne. I have always had jobs where I stood or walked a good bit (teaching, sales). These veins run in my family. My grandmother has them really bad, my mom not so bad. My daughter is 3 and we have one on the way. Although I am vain about my condition what I worry about the most is it affecting my quality of life. I don't want my daughter to be the one who never gets to go swimming because Mom can't put on a suit, or go hiking beacause mom can't walk. I also worry about clots since many members of my family have died of strokes. Now that I think about it I had horrible leg cramps as a child so my legs have always given me some sort of problem or other. I wonder if I had had my children earlier if I would still be in this boat. But I had read people on this site who never had kids and still have it. It also galls me that insurance will not help. my grandmother is a great role model>she has always done everyhting swam, worn skirts, etc and doesn't seem to let it bother her. I feel so blessed to have the most wonderful supportive husband who love me no matter what and a glorious sweet daughter. I would not trade either of them for anything. I just want some hope. PS - I cannot have anything done about this while I am pregnant obviously. Any ideas? - If I knew a procedure really worked we would fing the money.
