Congenital Venous Malformation
I am 27 years old and i have got congenital vvenous malformation all through my left arm i had two operations when i was age 9 and 11 to remove most of those dodgy veins and i am left with a horriable skin graph scar down my arm which looks like a burn. I still have some congenital vascular malformation in my arm which surgons said it was difficult to remove and by removing i could lose the use of my arm. The strange thing about my arm is that every six months or so my arm swells out like a ballon and the pain is unbearable it normally lasts for about 5 days or longer and the pain stops me from sleeping i can not grip anything with my hands it becomes toally disfunctional and i have to carry my arm around with the other hand. Does anyone else experience these problems, i have been trying to find out all the information i can about (CVM) but i can't find hardy anything..if any one knows any information or has the same condition please e mail nicolafisher_@hotmail.com .
