Right Ovarian Vein Syndrome I am a 27 year old woman who stared feeling fullness like a lump or clot in the lower right part of my labia. It occurs when I am standind or sitting. I was seen by my physician and she examined me in the normal laying down position feeling nothing. But, I told her that I am very sensitive in my lower right side just under my ovaries. Now the pain is going down my leg. I was told that it is just a varicose vein, but the pain is a heavy and full pain and the lump is very much still there.
